  اختتام ملتقى التبادل السعودي الصيني للمصادر المفتوحة 2025 بنجاح، وبناء جسر عابر للحدود لتعزيز التعاون في البرمجيات مفتوحة المصدر والذكاء الاصطناعي
 
 
 Riyadh – (ARAB NEWSWIRE) --انعقد ملتقى التبادل السعودي الصيني للمصادر المفتوحة 2025 بنجاح في الكراج في الرياض في 11 نوفمبر 2025، جامعًا نخبة الخبراء والشركات الرائدة في تقنيات المصادر المفتوحة من البلدين. استضافت جمعية المبرمجين الملتقى بدعمٍ من اتحاد الترويج للمصادر المفتوحة في الصين، وشركة OpenTEKr، وشركاء من بينهم التحالف التقني السعودي–الصيني، ومجتمع المعرفة للمصادر المفتوحة. واستقطب الحدث مشاركة رواد الصناعة في الصين مثل: Inspur، وZTE، وChina Mobile، وiSoftStone، وYonyou، وSeeyon، وFanRuan، وOrion، وAitoCoder، إضافةً إلى مشاركة عدد من مجتمعات المصادر المفتوحة البارزة مثل openEuler، وMindSpore، وopenGauss، وJiuwen، وopenFuyao، وCangjie وغيرها.
 
ركز الحدث على كيفية إسهام تقنيات المصادر المفتوحة والذكاء الاصطناعي في دفع عجلة التحول الرقمي. ولم يساهم الملتقى في تسريع التقدم التقني في السعودية فحسب، بل فتح أيضًا آفاقًا جديدة للتعاون العالمي في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي مفتوح المصدر. ويعكس هذا الهدف المشترك في تسخير التقنيات لتحسين جودة الحياة الإمكانات الكبيرة للتعاون الدولي في مواجهة التحديات المعقدة ودفع مسيرة الابتكار.
 


ألقى المهندس عبدالعزيز العريج، رئيس جمعية المبرمجين، كلمة الترحيب قائلاً: "المصادر المفتوحة هي شريان الابتكار، والذكاء الاصطناعي هو المحرك الرئيس للتحول. ويُسهم هذا الملتقى في بناء جسر عملي للتعاون التقني السعودي–الصيني على أرض الرياض الخصبة للابتكار. فهو يجسّد رؤيتنا التقنية المشتركة، ويدفع بقوة نحو تحقيق أهداف التحول الرقمي ضمن رؤية السعودية 2030."
 
قدّم ممثلو هيئة الحكومة الرقمية وهيئة البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي السعودية (سدايا) كلمات تهنئة بالمناسبة. وطرح الدكتور عبد الرحمن حبيب، مدير المركز اﻟﺪوﻟﻲ ﻷﺑﺤﺎث وأﺧﻼﻗﻴﺎت اﻟﺬﻛﺎء الاصطناعي، رؤى معمّقة حول الذكاء الاصطناعي مفتوح المصدر، فيما شارك السيد سون جيانبينغ، رئيس اتحاد خدمات شنغهاي، رسالة مصوّرة أعرب فيها عن دعمه لتطوير منظومة المصادر المفتوحة والذكاء الاصطناعي بين البلدين.
 
وتضمنت الجلسات التقنية كلمات ثرية قدّمها خبراء من openEuler، وInspur، وZTE، وChina Mobile، وiSoftStone، وYonyou، وSeeyon، وMindSpore، إلى جانب عروض لمنتجات مقدّمي تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الصين مثل FanRuan، وOrion، وAitoCoder. وقد استعرض المتحدثون ممارسات عملية مجرّبة في تسويق وتوسيع نطاق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي مفتوحة المصدر في الصين، مع التركيز على تطوير أنظمة التشغيل مفتوحة المصدر والمنظومات التقنية المرتبطة بها، وهندسة أطر الذكاء الاصطناعي، وبرمجة الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتقنيات Agentic AI. كما عرض المبتكرون السعوديون التقدم الديناميكي الذي يشهده القطاع في المملكة، مما عزّز المحور الرئيس للمنتدى القائم على التعاون وتبادل الخبرات.
 
ومن أبرز محطات الملتقى توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين لجنة الذكاء الاصطناعي في اتحاد خدمات شنغهاي وجمعية المبرمجين، والتي تهدف إلى ترسيخ شراكة استراتيجية لتطوير منظومات المصادر المفتوحة بشكل مشترك، وتسريع تبنّي تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتنمية الكفاءات المتخصصة.

ويمثّل نجاح الملتقى خطوة مهمة نحو تحقيق أولويات رؤية السعودية 2030، من خلال تعزيز القدرات التقنية وتسريع مسيرة التحول نحو اقتصاد رقمي متطور.
